John N. A. Brown is a specialist in the evolutionary, neurological and physiological factors of how humans design, build, and interact with technology. John has worked in the scientific investigation of aviation accidents and incidents for the Canadian government, and as a Consulting UX Researcher in Silicon Valley, solving problems for Google, LinkedIn, Amazon, and others. In partnership with several international research groups, John’s current interests include modeling self-reflection in humans and in AI, formalizing the use of heuristics for UX, ethically mitigating the impact of social media on individuals and society, and the philosophy, neuropsychology, and practice of teaching and learning.

Damiano Cerrone

Damiano is an urbanist. He cofounded SPIN Unit, an urban research and innovation practice, and UrbanistAI, a participatory design platform reimagining cities' futures. His work centres on urban research and policy design for local and national governments. He teaches and collaborates with various academic institutions in Finland and abroad.

Menno Cramer

Menno Cramer is a neuroscientist and designer working at the intersection of UX, architecture, neuroscience, systems thinking and AI. With a background in UX, he explores how human behavior is shaped by built environments, technologies, and cultural narratives. His work focuses on regenerative design, biourbanism, and the development of psychologically informed spaces. Menno is the founder of BAITT (Behaviour and Architecture Innovation Think Tank), a platform for interdisciplinary research and design. In his day job he is the Director of User Experience at OutSystems where he drives the AI strategy for the Product.
